Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Took my Maytronics pool cleaner to them to repair. They finished the repair and had it back in 2 days. Super friendly as well. Will be using them going forward for pool chemicals.

Last season my pool was a huge mess due to another pool store telling me my only option was to use a different approach than chlorine, costing me a ridiculous amount of money and never allowing my pool to be fully functional. I found Crystal Clear Pool & Spas online, not realizing they were less than a mile from my house and it was the greatest blessing! They told me I could switch back over to chlorine and within two days my pool was “crystal clear” and I haven’t looked back! This season my pool has been a bit challenging due to excess debris from the winter and they have been so amazing working with me in trying to rectify the problem. I’m forever grateful!

I visited Crystal Clear Pool and Spas to get a quote for a pool. The lady was very straightforward and honest about the timeline as to when we will receive call to meet with her team for a quote. I appreciate her honesty and straightforward approach. I met the owner and his son; they were very helpful and gave us a quote with no BS. No pressure sales nor did they make us feel we had to make a decision within days or we would be at the bottom of the list because they were too busy. I have called and visited other pool companies who were less responsive and made us feel they could care less about gaining another customer.
We have been using Crystal Clear Pool & Spas when we had an above ground pool. We went with them after several quotes to put in our in-ground pool. They have always been very helpful when getting chemicals leveled out and answering any questions we have had. We called last week knowing our pump was going out. We understood that it would be several weeks before Dean would be able to get to replace it for us because of the season. Unfortunately, our pump went out yesterday morning. I called that morning and told them that I was just checking to see where we were on the call list. I was still expecting at least a week or so before Dean would be able to make it. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, he showed up the same afternoon I called and replaced the pump along with other items we needed done. I couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service!!

For my first 3 and a half years of pool ownership, I searched for a store that could help me balance my chemicals and keep it that way throughout swim season. She quite literally has her degree in the field and never steers me wrong, only telling me exactly what I need for my pool to remain sparkling clean all summer long!
Dean and his crew have put in 3 pools for me over the years. I totally trust their work. They are all very professional and polite. I have recommended them to friends who also got pools. Love all these guys and gals!

As I was calling around, trying to find somebody to maintain my pool throughout the year, I had talked with Max, and she was really informative and amazing. They are always there to help you, test your water for free, and guide you on how to administer the proper chemicals. Again, I haven’t been there yet. I’m basing all of this on the way Max talk to me on the phone. She was very polite and very, very sweet.

We had the pleasure of having Dean and his crew recently put in a lovely in-ground pool at our home. The work was done in an excellent manner, with professionalism and courtesy. They know what they are doing! Dean gave me a price the first day he came out, and as I changed things along the way he would tell me exactly what it would cost. In the end, we paid exactly what we expected to pay. Dean gave us great advice, but was not pushy and I never felt like he tried to talk us into more than our budget would allow. He listened to me, understood what our desires were, and then met them. The other plus is that they do it all from start to finish. The only other person I had to call was someone to put a fence around the pool. Dean has an easy-going, confident manner that made the process go very smoothly. Everyone who worked on our job was pleasant and had a good attitude. Great service, knowledge, skill – a CRYSTAL CLEAR POOL is the best choice for everyone.
We called Dean with Crystal Clear Pool and Spas when we needed someone to refurbish our preexisting pool. It was a difficult task since our home was located on hilly terrain. My parents bought a pool from this place over 30 years ago. So they must be doing something right to still be around. My wife and I got a pool about 3 years ago from another company, and it has been a nightmare. Every time we went to the pool supply place, it seemed to cost us between 80 and a 150 dollars in chemicals and the pool was never clear. So we decided to give Crystal Clear Pool & Spas a chance! That was the best decision we ever made for our pool! They have never tried to upsell us on chemicals. They got our pool clear after winter in no time. The pool has been clear all summer without any issues and bare minimum chemicals from what we went through the last two years. They care more for their customers than their bottom dollar; they truly want to make your pool experience great.
New pool owner here and Max answers every question I have and literally tells me everything I need to know and so helpful and knowledgeable!! If I ever need anything or am in a panic, Max is always so nice and tells me what to do and lets me know I can call her anytime!! I will always make the call or drive when needed. Sooo thankful I found this place! Prices are really good too.

I called Crystal Clear Pool & Spas late last summer to install an inground pool. There was quite a wait list due to everyone deciding to do staycations, I guess. They told me I would be 4th on the list for the new year when the weather broke. Since we had a mild winter and decent weather, they were able to put me 1st and today the liner and water are going in. It is beautiful and I cannot wait to get in!
