My parents bought a pool from this place over 30 years ago. So they must be doing something right to still be around. My wife and I got a pool about 3 years ago from another company, and it has been a nightmare. Every time we went to the pool supply place, it seemed to cost us between 80 and a 150 dollars in chemicals and the pool was never clear. So we decided to give Crystal Clear Pool & Spas a chance! That was the best decision we ever made for our pool! They have never tried to upsell us on chemicals. They got our pool clear after winter in no time. Last season my pool was a huge mess due to another pool store telling me my only option was to use a different approach than chlorine, costing me a ridiculous amount of money and never allowing my pool to be fully functional. I called Crystal Clear Pool & Spas late last summer to install an inground pool. There was quite a wait list due to everyone deciding to do staycations, I guess. They told me I would be 4th on the list for the new year when the weather broke. Since we had a mild winter and decent weather, they were able to put me 1st and today the liner and water are going in. It is beautiful and I cannot wait to get in! We have been using Crystal Clear Pool & Spas when we had an above ground pool. We went with them after several quotes to put in our in-ground pool. They have always been very helpful when getting chemicals leveled out and answering any questions we have had. We called last week knowing our pump was going out. We understood that it would be several weeks before Dean would be able to get to replace it for us because of the season. Unfortunately, our pump went out yesterday morning. I called that morning and told them that I was just checking to see where we were on the call list. I was still expecting at least a week or so before Dean would be able to make it. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, he showed up the same afternoon I called and replaced the pump along with other items we needed done. I couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service!!

We had the pleasure of having Dean and his crew recently put in a lovely in-ground pool at our home. The work was done in an excellent manner, with professionalism and courtesy. They know what they are doing! Dean gave me a price the first day he came out, and as I changed things along the way he would tell me exactly what it would cost. In the end, we paid exactly what we expected to pay. Dean gave us great advice, but was not pushy and I never felt like he tried to talk us into more than our budget would allow. He listened to me, understood what our desires were, and then met them. The other plus is that they do it all from start to finish. The only other person I had to call was someone to put a fence around the pool. Dean has an easy-going, confident manner that made the process go very smoothly.
